With a focus on confidentiality and accuracy, we strive to provide peace of mind for families navigating paternity questions. When booking with us, please remember to include the first name, last name, and date of birth for each client being tested in the notes section. Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure that our operations run smoothly, please review our cancellation policy: Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If you cancel your appointment in advance, we will refund your payment to the card used, to purchase your service. Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $25 may be applied.
